Since 1^st April,  detection reagent, surgical masks, medical protective clothing, breathing machine, infrared thermometer that exported, the enterprises who have to declare to the customs, and provide a written or electronic statement , promise that the medical equipment product registration certificate have been issued to the export products, and the relevant registration information meet the requirements of the quality standards of importing countries (regions).

The medical equipment product registration certificate have been issued by the pharmaceutical supervisory and administrative department., without this certificate, it is are not allowed to export.

The above information was issued by the Ministry of Commerce, General Administration of Customs and National Medical Products Administration on 31 March 2020.

The document is required for the exporting (for reference):

1.   medical equipment product registration certificate(not medical not necessary)

2.   Others requirement by importing countries (regions),the customs in China is not required

(1)    Business certificate

(2)    Production license from the factory

(3)    Inspection report

(4)    The instructions of product and the label

(5)    The product batch

(6)     Certificate of soundness

(7)    Photo sample of the product and photo of the external packing
