SC-group 14-11-2019

As China's payment methods transfer to Alipay, WeChat and other payment platforms, cash payment is becoming more and more rare in China. The problem for foreigners is that these platforms need to open bank accounts in China, and it is very difficult for people with tourist visas to open bank accounts in China.

Aliabad-affiliated Ant Financial launched a new international version of its mobile payments app Aliped on November 5, marking the first time tourists and business travelers can use mobile payments in Chinese mainland.

In China, from taxi drivers to luxury shopping malls, people are getting used to mobile payment. Cashless payment is one of the most troublesome problems for foreign tourists when they travel to China, which can now be eliminated through this service.

When it comes to mobile payment, Wechat, another giant, was able to bind overseas credit cards as early as a year or two ago. (News source: Global Times English)

You don't need to carry cash or bank cards now. It only needs a cell phone. Mobile payment is a quick and simple operation. When overseas friends read the news, they all said it was very good. In the future, it will be easier to pay in China and shopping will be more convenient.
