China resumed issuing visas to foreigners

China's Foreign Ministry announced that it would resume issuing visas in all categories from March 15. Long-term visas suspended before March 28, 2020 are still valid.
In addition to the resumption of visa issuance, some visa-free policies for foreign tourist groups from Hong Kong and Macao to enter South China's Guangdong Province, for tourists from some countries to enter South China's Hainan Province and for cruise ships passing through Shanghai ports have also been restored.
